Investor Portal

A portal for the fund’s investors

An easy web app that lets an investor check on their holdings or update a document in a couple of minutes.

Free for the first 6 months · then from €0.99 per registered investor per month

The investor portal open on a phone
01

Investors see their own holding

The portal shows the current value of their units and the movements on their account. The data comes straight from the Portfolio Panel, so what the investor sees and what your team sees never diverge.

02

Remote dossier updates

Investors refresh their details and documents online - a new ID document, a changed address, an updated declaration. The change lands in their dossier and waits for your team to review and confirm it.

03

Only for investors you activate

The portal is not public. It opens only for investors you have activated access for from the Client Panel.

04

Fewer phone enquiries

Routine questions about unit values and missing paperwork stop going through a member of staff. The investor finds the answer in the portal and your team is left with the cases that genuinely need review.

    03

    Your team confirms

The change enters the dossier for review. Once confirmed, the next review date is recalculated.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I use just one of the modules?

Yes. The platform has three modules - the Client Panel, the Portfolio Panel and the Investor Portal - and each one works on its own. You can start with the Client Panel alone for dossiers and checks, with the Portfolio Panel alone for the fund’s structure and limits, or add the Investor Portal to either or both. When the modules run together they share the same clients and the same data, and the two panels together cost less than the sum of the two.

What exactly does the platform check in PEP and sanctions lists?

The client and the related parties recorded in the dossier. The check runs when the dossier is created and repeats periodically. Every check produces a document with the result, date and time, which stays in the client dossier.

Where do the asset prices come from?

From the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Prices update automatically and revalue positions, net asset value and consequently the amounts held in client accounts.

What about assets that are not traded on the BSE?

You enter and edit their prices manually. You record the current price and the platform revalues the position, the net asset value and the client units exactly as it does with automatic prices from the BSE - so instruments from other exchanges can be held in the portfolio too. If you work with a particular exchange regularly, you can request that its instruments be added to the automatic price updates.

How are regulatory limits configured?

You configure them yourself - for a single issuer, for a group of connected parties and for the other applicable restrictions, including your own internal limits. The platform recalculates on every change and alerts on approach and on breach.

Is the investor portal mandatory?

No. It is an optional add-on to any plan and is charged on the number of registered investors: €0.99 per investor per month up to 100 registered, €0.79 between 100 and 300, and €0.59 above 300. There is no monthly minimum and no cap. You pay only for the investors you have given portal access to, not for every dossier.

How does the Investor Portal promotion work?

The portal is free for the first six months - for every new customer, whichever panel they use. During that period you pay only the subscription for the panel or panels. From the seventh month the portal is charged at its normal price, based on the number of registered investors.

What happens to our existing dossiers and portfolio?

We migrate them during onboarding. Scope and timing depend on the volume of data - the aim is that you start work with your real dossiers rather than an empty system.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The monthly plan runs month to month. The annual plan runs for twelve months and is priced accordingly lower.

Where is the data stored?

On servers located within the European Union, as the regulatory requirements demand. The data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and every action leaves an audit trail.

Show your investors more, with less work

We’ll show you the portal through the investor’s eyes and through your team’s.
